At the same time, police fired tear gas and water cannon towards the protesters.

At night, a team of policeman pointed their guns to the protesters and journalists in Tsuen Wan.
A unarmed man kneeled and begged, “Please don’t shoot them!”
The policeman kicked him.

Government claimed they will listen, however, weapons are deployed to the protesters and civilians, no matter they are peaceful or not.
What is the communication?
